all good except the rice which was tasteless and dry

Delivered on time. The portions are good and the food was even better. Tasty and and authentic. Hats off to Trancend by Jex. . I highly recommend to give it a try. I will definately order again and l'm glad you guys deliver in Hamilton.

Unfortunately, my second time around I didn’t have a good experience. Overall, the meals tasted a little old as opposed to fresh(one day 1 of delivery)if I may say. It was almost as if they’ve been refrigerated too long prior to being delivered. If it was one meal, it wouldn’t have been as bad, but it was all meals that I ordered. Kind of like a freezer burn taste, but for refrigeration, I guess.

The flavour profile of the oxtail was off and didn’t taste good as it had previously .

Taste was excellent. Very nicely packaged. Supper was ready in 15 minutes! Amazing.

The meals are tasty, better than I expected. I’ve tried other meal delivery services and Transcend is the best. The Caribbean flavour is exquisite. Also a Very efficient delivery at a hard to find address lobby.

It was quite good. My children begged a taste, and they loved it too.

The three meals was for my 96 year old and friend. As it came on a Friday it was placed in the freezer until Sunday. The oxtail it self got great reviews the veggies not so good the mashed potatoes once reheated got very soft and runny. I am not sure about the chicken as my mom did not remember what it was like. I thank you for taking my order and a great job. Blessings Hazel

I tried the 3 trial pack. My favorite was the Curry chicken roti. It was very tasty.

Purchased the 3 meal trial. No issues with the delivery. I got the oxtail with rice and peas and veggies, salmon with couscous and veggies, and the snapper with the orange sweet potatoes and veggies. My favourites were the salmon and the oxtail. For the snapper, I would have preferred more veggies and Less of the potatoes. My preference is west indian sweet potatoes. Generally, I prefer eating a whole snapper rather than the filets but decided to try it. I will definitely try your other meals.

The meals were good to look at and also to taste...will be ordering more meals soon...

Best rice and peas ever! Very tasty oxtail, great deal

Great taste as long as you do not freeze it then try and reheat after a few days. I have also got the 5 meal plan but it is kind of pricey compared to some other meal plans out there.

I tried the three meal trial pack, and I was not disappointed. I gave four stars because service was good. Instructions were followed for delivery and that went smoothly. Turning now to the food. I had the chicken think it was a guava flavour chicken breast. The flavour itself was amazing and the potatoes and vegetables were good. The quality of the chicken breast. I’m not gonna lie. I was not a fan of. I also have the snap her fillets. It was OK, but not my favorite. The oxtail was amazing and I have ordered that again. I look forward to tasting more of the other meals in my next order, but I would recommend this service. My taste may not be yours, but the food overall is good, and very flavourful. Well, I have made a second order so that should tell you something.

We took advantage of the 3 meal plan just before going away on holidays. Loved the variety of options!! Service was excellent and delivery was accommodating. The packaging simple with ice bags to keep it fresh. As for the taste....SPECTACULAR Caribbean fusion. Loved the elevated taste. Will definitely order again.

I like how they provide 3 meals for us to try and then decide. i ordered 3 meal package first and now as i loved their meals, i am ordering the 6 meal package for my week.

Meals are delicious. Delivered on time, i live in Etobicoke. clean packing.

One thing i love about this meal prep is that it allows us to buy a cheaper trial package and then check if we like it or not. I looked after many and none of them did this for caribbean cuisine. good idea.
