I enjoy the meals very much. The variety is good, the presentation is top notch and it tastes good. I am a good cook and I approve. It helps me out a lot on the days when I am not able to cook. Very convenient. I am a satisfied customer. Had one for lunch today.

I was very pleased with all my meal choices. My meals were delivered with care and on time. My daughter loved the oxtail and mash potatoes the most. I have to agree. The pork chop and the meat ball meal was a little disappointing. The final meal the Ackee and salt fish was good minus the plantain fritters. I would have preferred just the fried plantains instead. Overall, I was happy. I will definitely try some of the other choices for my next order.

There’s levels to this game and after trying a few of the other Carribean meal prep offerings Chef Jex is topping the list….by a lot…. There’s plenty places to get Jamaican take out in the form of meal prep and although that’s the origin of Chef Jex’s offerings he takes it the next level. 5th time ordering and no complaints at all. Fresh food. Extremely flavourful and it translates well to microwave re heat. Never get soggy vegetables and been satisfied with the quantity as well. My suggestion is not a complaint but Chef maybe consider allowing upsizing protein amounts on individual meal choices as opposed to the entire plan. There’s somethings that are great at 6oz but some favourites you wish you had the 10oz. It could be a drop down or line add just like the surcharge amount as I’m not sure if the the surcharge is the same for 6,8 &10 oz ? Anyway minor details. Your food is very well appreciated and thanks. Highly recommend.

Just reheat and the food is ready. 2. The food was seasoned very well and enjoyable 3. Customer service was great. They answered all my questions and resolved all the issues and concerns I had. loved the curry chicken and the jerk chicken. The curry goat was also tasty but meat portion was small same for the ox-tail. The meals I ordered were great with the exception of the fish that needed some crunchy onions to up the taste. I would try some other options in the future as well as some dishes around the holidays - Easter and Xmas.

Portion sizes were big. Fish dishes were really nicely seasoned. The jerk dishes were average. Across all dishes the vegetables were undercooked even after reheating.

They consistently provide great tasting and nourishing meals. Customer for life here!

Overall I enjoyed my meals. The portion sizes were good, satisfying and tasty. My one negative comment will be about the Penne Bolognaise that I found a bit greasy which maybe due to the ground beef. Thanks for saving me some meal preparation time.

Great food good potions. If anyone is concerned about meals being too hot the seasoning is flavourful but leaves room for you to turn up the heat with you own hot sauce. I ordered 5 different plates and enjoyed them all. Only complaint would be to have varied side vegetables.

I would recommend having the rigatoni, it was tasty with right spice level. I cannot have mild food, and this was perfect. Customer service was good and they responded to my request quickly. Impressed with the food and service overall.
